Konsepti actively offers the services of an interior architect – Konsepti Architects Vision. Either as a stand-alone activity (service) or ideally in conjunction with subsequent project delivery. Price list valid from 1 February 2022: Initial consultation with us 1,5 hrs (at max.)........free 1 hour consultation with an interior architect.......1 200 CZK/hour The price of the basic layout solution is determined by the scope of our work usually in the range of 10 000 – 50 000 CZK. The price of interior study will be specified individually according to the client's assignment. Usually it ranges from 6% - 12% of the total implementation costs. If you decide to purchase some of the proposed interior solutions or supplies from Konsepti, you have a chance to get a discount on the design and architectural services provided. The prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
